Maddesinde belirtilen hukuksal <\/strong><strong>sebeplerimiz<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong><strong>\u201c5.2.a <\/strong>Kanunlarda a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmesi.<strong> 5.2.\u00e7 <\/strong>Veri sorumlusunun hukuki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yerine getirebilmesi i\u00e7in zorunlu olmas\u0131.\u201d hukuki sebepleri ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olarak i\u015flemekteyiz.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td colspan=\"3\" width=\"615\"><p><strong>Toplama y\u00f6ntemimiz:<\/strong> Ki\u015fisel verilerinizi; yasal olarak devletin yetkili organlar\u0131na gerekti\u011finde bildirmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc oldu\u011fumuz kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131zdan dijital olarak toplamaktay\u0131z.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p>Yukar\u0131da ama\u00e7 ve hukuki sebepleriyle ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak verilen ki\u015fisel verilerinizi veri kay\u0131t sisteminin par\u00e7as\u0131 olmak kayd\u0131yla g\u00fcvenlik kameralar\u0131ndan toplanarak otomatik olarak i\u015flenir.<\/p><p><strong>G\u00fcvenlik Kameralar\u0131m\u0131z:<\/strong><\/p><p>\u015eirket katlar\u0131nda, mali i\u015fler m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc, kurye departman odalar\u0131 ile bilgi teknolojileri ve sunucu odalar\u0131nda, \u00c7erkezk\u00f6y Ofis, Ambarl\u0131 Ofislerde g\u00fcvenli\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kamera kay\u0131tlar\u0131 ile g\u00f6rsel verilerinizi i\u015flemekteyiz. G\u00fcvenlik kameralar\u0131m\u0131z; \u015firketimizin bulundu\u011fu 3. Kat kurye odas\u0131, 2. Kat mali i\u015fler m\u00fcd\u00fcr odas\u0131 ve sunucu odas\u0131, bilgi i\u015flem odalar\u0131 olmak \u00fczere toplam 5 adet g\u00fcvenlik kameras\u0131 ile g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc kayd\u0131 yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
